Cask conditioned ale has been the popular choice among brews since long before prohibition. We continue this pioneer spirit with our Wisconsin farmhouse ale. Brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. We even give a nod to our farmers with a little hint of corn.
Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance fullness of flavors, which cannot be duplicated otherwise.

There just isn’t enough going on with this beer for me. Everything about it is so light and airy. It’s not bad looking, but it’s very light, mildly hazy. The head dissipated rather quickly. The aroma is a tad lemony and a lot of light malt. The flavor is even tamer. I don’t hate it, and it’s possible that this beer is quite good very fresh. It’s certainly not a bad beer. I would have preferred it served a bit colder, and it’s certainly not difficult to drink.

Bottle thanks to Rando7. Pours cloudy gold with big white head. Citrus overpowers the nose above all else. Some slight floral hops. Taste is almost pure cream and some citrus.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is a nice helping of sweet malt. Flavor is grainy and light with some cornyness in the end. Still glad i got to try it but this was my least favorite beer from this brewer.

12oz bottle secured in WI. Golden-tan color with a touch haze. Minimal head laces the glass. First sip kind of shocked me, perhaps the bottle is too old, but the aroma seems off to me. Fruity and creamy, has some similarities of a German beer that has been on the shelf for years. Solid balanced crispness that never really asserts itself as hoppy. A definite let-down of a beer, NG’s schwaggiest.

courtesy of top trader abents Pours cloudy golden with thin white head. Aroma was a big surprise. I thought I had landed a bad batch. Big sour nose with fruit notes and yeast as well as a good corn presence. Taste has good dose of yeast, light sour mouthfeel with some fruits (apple, faint banana) light corn and grains. Overall not a bad beer, the light sourness adds a good twist to it.

12 ounce bottle from a friend. Thanks Jenny! Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a thin head. Average head retention and good lacing. Aroma is fruity, mainly peach, with some corn notes. Taste is very sweet, with notes of corn and sweaty grains. Full bodied. A bit too much on the sweet side for me.

A cloudy beer. Interesting flavor and aroma--some hints of fruit. A smooth and refreshing beer. I sought this out on advice of a friend and it wasn’t quite the "beer nirvana" I was expecting, but not bad, not bad at all!

12 oz bottle from Hellomynameis; Nose is grainy and corny with a light peach note;hazy urine yellow with a medium pale yellow head; flavor is light lemony bitterness with some light vanilla and fruity sweetness. Nice mouthfeel.

12 oz bottle from Dansting. Pour is a very slightly hazy pale yellow with a minimal white head. Aroma is faint, though I do pick up on some graininess. Based on the description, I assume this is corn. Taste is a bit of fruit sweetness initially, and then a bit blah in the middle. Nice drinkable beer, but not too much going on here. Smooth palate, and a good clean finish, though. Easily the best Cream Ale I have had.

Bottle courtesy of Monger: Poured a bright golden color ale with a big pure white head with good retention. Aroma of corn with light diacetyl is not extremely pleasant. Taste is dominated by too much corn with a light buttery note which is again unpleasant. Body is pretty full for the style with some great carbonation. This is probably the worst beer that I had from this otherwise fine brewery.
