Can says 7.8 abv. Hazy mahagoni. Aroma is wheat, pizza dough, a whiff of rosemary, tomato leaves, large malty base of much melasses and toffee. Taste is fresh sour weizen with a heavy base of sweet cloying malt. A bit thicker than water, not perfectly balanced. Still pretty drinkable. Overall nice and smooth. Not overly complex. +1 overall for can design.

44cl can. A hazy deep orange golden beer with a mid-sized good lasting beige head. Aroma of riped fruits, riped banana, caramel, clove and yeast. Taste of moderate sweet strong wheat malt, sweet riped banana, some clove.

05-12-18 // can from Getränke Stmupf. Unclear a bit murkish brown copper. White to beige head. Mild roast malt nose. A really classic Weizenbock. Very smooth. Yeasty, minimal ripe banana. Roasted darker malts. Very mild noble hop bitterness. Classic and very solid but I prefer Weizenböcke with a brighter colour so less roasted and darker malts. Still a great one from Frau Gruber after several really good hazy juicy IPAs.

Tap at Munich Tap House, 22nd November 18. Pours a chestnut brown. Aroma is banana and yeast, taste is classic bock, lots of banana, some yeast and caramel, syrupy, pretty tasty, quite potent and dangerous.

Tap tap house. Dark brown clouds, golden cream. Good banana, rye bread and spice aroma. Medium creamy body, cake cream on the palate, vanilla and banana fudge, Christmas spices, full flavored without getting sticky and cloying, dangerously drinkable, good!

Tap on release at Tap House. Hazy dark orange color with creamy beige head. Aroma is wheat, caramel, a bit phenolic, estery. Taste is bananas, caramel, quite some fresh other fruits, but also a brown-turned banana flavour in there too... Boozy finish. Creamy mouthfeel with low to medium carbonation. Interesting, but not great.
