After a few years of home brewing in our garage, my brother and I decided we should open a brewery so that we could share our beer. In 2009 we started with a one barrel system and worked on a single recipe, over and over, until Peeper was born. And now we have enough to share. Cheers!

Nice big solid bottle as pictured from my son in law. Bright beery smells from the moment you pop the top. Pour is gentle pale beer with a cloudy ending. Good co2 as it goes down the gullet. Somewhat refreshing. Better than most rude-ish IPA feelings fer sure. Does have a brighter astringent bitterness about it in the finish.Yes, fairly easy to take, even for a lager lover. APA with good personality.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with moderate head that settles quickly. Aromas of grapefruit, pine and biscuity malts. More lager type malt flavors with some floral notes and a bitter pine finish. Simple and clean.

Bottle from Calgary. Cloudy gold with a massive Duvel-style head. The head falls, aroma has some mandarin, meyer lemon, a touch of dusty yeast. Sweet pale malts are quite attractive. While the bitterness is fairly low, the peachy-sweet citrus fruit is really nice. Good balance, fresh taste, finish shows a little dryness. A good benchmark.
