Bottle from Max, thanks! Drunk the night before they pour my first big foundation piece. Light amber caramel, slight haze. Nice bready caramel nose with banana hints. Banana bread! Very nice flavor, fruity, decent bite of hop bitterness balancing the Bock sweetness. Quite a nice one despite being a wee bit expired.

50cl bottle. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of ripe banana, not too sweet, some glue. Taste of mid sweet and strong wheat malt, clove, caramel, some esters.

€-Flascherl (7.1%, ...kindly donated by MoritzF!): Deep golden, more hazy than cloudy, small & stable white head, moderate sweet caramelly-fruity aroma of ripe bananas, blended with traces of yeast and wheat-malt; moderate to solid sweet flavour with both a very delicate bitterness and acidity underneath, full bodied and a bit sticky; slightly drier and both more bitter and sourish fruity-caramelly finish. Not earth-shaking, but pretty good...

330ml bottle [Frühlingsweiße]. Cloudy golden colour with huge foamy stable lacing white head. Intense fruity aroma - banana, melon -, some bitter hop, a spicy note. Taste is moderately sweet, has more apple fruit notes, some yeast. Overall somewhere between a Hefeweizen and a Weizenbock - could be more creamy and heavier to be a real Weizenbock. Nevertheless very tasty.
