Bottle from HOTM. Deep ruby red colour with a pale off white head. Aroma and taste are deep and full, tart berry fruity, balsamic. Tangy fruity and a winey sour finish. Full well rounded beer.

Keg at Tlit, Bingohame Bimble, 11/06/21. Murky chestnut brown with a decent lasting beige cap. Nose is tarte berries, funk, wood must, damp straw, barnyard esters, berry pips. Taste comprises fruit balsams, red berry must, damp wood, funk, dusty grains, berry skins. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a good tang and rising acidity.
