Aura is a hazy IPA that uses an experimental hop oil along with a large dry hop of Citra and Citra Cryo. Aura is an intense expression of one of our favorite hop varieties. Fans of Ripe should take note.

16oz can pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet tropical fruit hops some citrus. Taste is more of the nice sweet tropical fruit forward and a little citrus bite.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Cloudy blond colour. Juicy, good body, moderately sweet, sweet citrus is the main character. It's good, but it feels like it was better when fresher. No date on the can.

Poured from 473mL can. Fairly hazy gold with white head. A bit of citrus, a touch of pine, mild milky texture. Not bad.

Hazy gold with a decent white head. Orange and mango. Orange, juicy prep and a nice light bitterness. Solid.

Hazy and pale. This is quite fruity, on the nose it's got some piney hops. On the palate, sweetish, lots of malt, papaya accent, not bad. Lychee in there, too. And pine. So the hop profile isn't bad.

473mL can, pours an opaque murky peachy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of dank hops, some cat piss, and pulpy stone fruits. Flavour is earthy and dank in the hop department, with dank, citrus hops, some earthiness, a bit of resinous hop oils even, and moderate sweetness. Pithy, earthy and somewhat muted. Not sure how old this is (can't see a date) -- I'd pin it at 3-4 months old. Solid, but could use some cleaning up.
