Bottle at Ryan's
Hazy copper colour. Minty, herbal aroma. Sour, dry, aggressive, with herbal and dry berry hints, which anyway don't even blend in very well.
Puzzled.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Slightly hazy pinkish gold with small white head. Berry, bay leaf, tartness, mild earthiness, light pepper.

Cloudy orange with a small white head. Soured light berry notes with pepper. Peppery notes, light sourness and some light white berry notes.

This has a really attractive salmon colour. On the nose, bright fruit and berries. It's got a nice tartness, and a sweet berry note. I'd say there's some complexity to the fruit, fairly tart. Fresh and tasty.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy peachy pink with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with bay leafs, low-moderate acidity, and light tart berries. Flavour is earthy, with plenty of bay leaf, tart light berries, and oak. Earthy and tart, with light acidity. Somehow, the bay leaves work really well, and the acidity is kept to a minimum. Well-done.
