From bottle at Wild Fest Groningen 2022. Dry and funky. Some grain, straw, white grape. Softly vinous with a somewhat dry finish. Some sweetness as well. Very fine Saison.

BB 01.09.2024. smells funky, earthy, grassy, spices, peppery, some wine notes, some oak. nice to very nice smell. medium body, pearly carbonation. tastes lightly sweet, some grape notes, light tannins, grassy, light funk, some oak, peppery, spices. finishes lightly bitter / sweet with notes of grape skins, oak and some peppery notes. quite nice one, bit on the sweet side / not very sour. good flavour profile. 7, 4, 7, 3, 16

750 ml bottle, bb 01.09.2024, shared by Sander, thanks! Yellow, hazy body, with a big, frothy, dissipating, off-white head. Aroma of cheesy funk, straw, citrus, white grapes, wine barrel. Tastes quite similar, while with a lot of tannins and wood. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes dry, wooden, tannic, vinous, slightly funky, with grapes, almond, some apple. Tasty. Lovely vinous notes, especially in the taste, while also with bright, sweet fruits and funk. Really fresh and quite complex to drink. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16
