On tap at Blest, pours a clear dark amber with a small beige bead. Aroma smells like a brown ale, with soft toasted malt, not much else. Flavour is gentle, with toasted malt and not much else. If you told me this was a brown ale, I'd say it was a weak one. As a stout, it's even less convincing.

250ml from tap at the brewpub. Black color, small tan head. Smells earthy, roasty, grainy, spices. Ok smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of rye bread, burned malts, earthy, peppery, spices. Finishes rather roasty bitter with notes of rye bread, burned malts and some spicy notes. Ok one, drinks rather harsh, I m not totally convinced by the balance, bit weird 6,4,5,3,10
