On tap at Statua Rota, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of coriander, light citrus, and grapefruit. Flavour has plenty of ascorbic grapefruit, moderate coriander, and a soft wheaty base. Finishes tart, spicy and soft. It’s alright.

Taster from tap at the brewpub. Light yellow murky color, small white head. Smells herbal, earthy, peppery, light fruit notes. Ok smell. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes herbal, blue cheese, earthy, peppery, some ripe fruits, grassy. Finishes light to medium bitter with notes of blue cheese, peppery and earthy notes. Blue cheese notes are interesting.drinkable none the less 6,4,6,3,11

Sampled at the Calle 54 location, pours a murky yellow with some white head. They later offered my friend a rim of salt and chile on his glass, call me crazy, but it added to it. Nose has lemon, lime, perfume, some fruit. Flavor is better, stone fruits, limes, grass, citrus balm. Dry finish.
