RB backlog. Orange zest, lightly spicy bread crust, some earthier notes. Mildly sweet start, hints of tartness, then prickly carbonation puts minerals and zesty bitterness on the palate. Deliciously fruity and well balanced, but too fizzy.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is lemongrass, herbal, cereals. Taste is lemongrass, grainy, spelt spice, a bit herbal. Mineraly mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Well-balanced.
