0,75l bottle at hom shared by karrjin, big thanks. Vintage 2011. orange quite hazy color, rather big white head. smells wood, citric, grassy, some green apples, earthy, it herbal. nice to very nice smell. full body, pearly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, bubbly, wood, ripe fruits, grassy, cheesy, some tannins, green apples. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of cheese, citrus and some light green apples. ver nice one, great complexity, quite (almost a bit too much) carbonation, but very nice to drink

Dark orange, medium hazy body, with a small, off-white head.
Aroma of ripe fruits, wood, moderate cheese, sweet apples, citrus, some musty notes, some basement.
Tastes similar, with more mineralic notes.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes dry, wooden, medium sweet, moderate cheesy, very fruity, with apples skin, pears, citrus.
Very nice. Lots of fruits and moderate funk. Drinks very fresh, quite a lot of carbonation, while still well drinkable. Really interesting.
