Bottle from Pivný raj. Baby killer, you buy an "orange porter" and certainly overlook the imperial part. Alcohol is not even trying to hide here. It's very visible in both aroma and taste. Oranges are used just to supres it a bit, one point for an effort. It's a good drink still.

Bottle from 100 piv in Bratislava and split at the EU themed 2nd Ipswich bottle share. Pours very dark brown with a small light tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, vanilla and orange liquor. Medium sweetness, more by way of bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture. Finish is dry. Pretty decent, we enjoyed this one.

0,1l from tap at Salon Piva. tastes of licorice, spices, pickles, light cucumber, good but also a bit weird smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of coffee, spices, dill, licorice, earthy notes. finishes with light roast and notes of spices, coffee and licorice. good stuff, but also rather weird, has some weird side notes. not totally convincing.

Bottle at 100 piv. Slightly hazy dark brown colour. Mostly roasted, full bodied yet relatively easy drinking with light high carbonation. Coffee and cocoa in flavour. Rather dry. Quite good though I have trouble finding the orange.
