Tap. Clear deep amber color with white head. Aroma is berries, peach, caramel. Taste is berries, peach, caramel, rather sweet. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Not great.

0,3l from tap at the brewpub. amber hazy color, small white head. smells earthy, spices, peppery, herbal, ok smell. full body, soft carboantion, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, grassy, earthy, spices, peppery, some ripe fruits, caramelly. fiinishes lightly bitter with notes of spices, grassy and earthy notes. quite nice one overall

Jan. ’16. On tap at the brewpub. It poured a clear reddish-brown body with medium sized head. Hoppy aroma, fruity and lemony, rather sharp, despite caramel malt in the background. Similar battle was played in the flavor, too, it was mostly herbal, with caramel malt balancing these hops lightly, but the bitterness prevailed. Long, dry bitter finish. A fine, well made, modern, bitter amber ale, although I would prefer a tad more of toasted malt.

Und noch ein ordentliches American Pale Ale von den Beavern. Auch hier fand sich ein angenehm hopfig-fruchtiges Aroma, das in diesem ier ein etwas stärker malziges Bett hatte. Ein nettes Bier, das aber nicht so erfrischend war wie andere der Brauerei, aber ebenso aromatisch.
