Dry-hopping
After five weeks of lagering, this beer undergoes a freeze distillation process where the water is extracted. From there, the newly created ice bock is dry hopped, meaning it is combined with fresh hops in a lager tank and left for weeks to develop and absorb the wonderful hop aromas.

330 ml bottle acquired by Werckmeister for me, thanks!
Amber, slightly copper, moderate hazy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of orange, melon, vanilla, some dried fruits, some biscuit.
Tastes of orange, dried fruits, some stone fruits, biscuit, sweet bread, some honey, alcohol.
Full, creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes alcoholic, sweet, moderate bitter, fruity, malty, hoppy.
Nice one. The Hüll Melon hops are a bit noticeable in the nose, but the taste is pretty similar to the other Iced IPAs: Good and quite interesting, but nothing special overall.

0,33l bottle at home shared by Saeglopur, big thanks. BB 12/2020. light amber almost clear color, small off-white head. smells yeasty, lightly sour, caramel, some tobacco, light apple notes, belgian yeasty, bit sweet herbal, light nuts. quite decent smell. full body, soft pearly carbonation, full mouthfeel. tastes malty sweet, spices, light resin, marzipan / nuts, hints of sourness (overshadowed by all the sweetness), candy. finishes rather sweet with notes of resin and marzipan & nuts. decent stuff rather heavy & sweet / alcoholic but not overly complex.. still drinks quite good.
