getrunken im Herbst 2017 Das ein Sommerbier nicht zu vollmundig sein soll, verstehe ich, aber dieses ist echt wässrig und fade.

0,5l flip-top bottle at home. BB 05.11.2015. copper hazy color, small white head. smells spices, citric, light currant notes, spices, a bit milky, light berry notes. light to medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes grass, herbs, spices, light currant notes, some grains, light berry notes. finishes lightly bitter with notes of spices and herbs. OKish, taste is a bit messy and not too overwhelming.

Bottle. Clear deep orange colour. Initially nice citrusy aroma, zesty, orange. Very prominent caramel in this one, burnt sugar. Otherwise nice hoppy zesty citrusy character. Easily drinkable.

500 ml bottle got at Austrian Beer Challenge 2015.
Copper, moderately hazy body, with a medium, fluffy, slightly yellow head.
Aroma of grapefruit, orange, resin, grass, herbs, caramel, some butter notes.
Very unclean taste of butter, grass, cardboard, herbs, grapefruit, some caramel.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes unclean, with some butter again, fruits, zest, slight malts.

Starts quite promising, with a nice appearance and a good nose, although a bit unclean. Unfortunately the taste is dominated by the unclean notes then and leads to a pretty unpleasant experience. Couldn’t finish this.
