Papa Mexico est une oatmeal stout brassée avec du café mexicain en collaboration avec l’Epicerie Equitable de Wazemmes. Une bonne grosse dose d’avoine pour donner un corps légèrement moelleux qui contraste avec la puissance du café mexicain ajouté juste avant l’embouteillage pour garder intacte ses arômes originaux. A recommander aux amateurs de café !

Bière 33 cl achetée chez les vins d'Aurélien à Lille. Nez sur le café corsé, brûle, pas sucré. Bouche sur le café intense, râpeux avec une pointe de cacao amer. L'alcool et le sucre, peu présents, lui donnent un cote "léger" très agréable, sans pour autant la rendre fade. Un stout très réussi.

Dunkler, moderat röstiger Beginn. Süffig, eher trocken, minimal Schokolade, mittellanger Nachhall. Gut. 10/8/9/8//9

Bottle, many thanks Werckmeister! Hazy brown color with off-white head. Aroma is fresh coffee ground, earthy, nutty. Taste is coffee ground, earthy, chocolate, green bell peppers. Silky mouthfeel with quite the aggressive carbonation. Ok.

0,33l bottle at home bought in Lille. BB 04/2019. Lotno: 20180304. black color, small tan colored head. smells earthy, coffee, spices, light vanilla, marzipan, bit nutty. nice smell. medium body, pearly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes soy saucish, earthy, spices, peppery, pearly from the carboantion, some marzipan, nutty, light vanilla. finishes lightly roasty bitter with notes of soy sauce, earthy and some peppery notes. not bad but also not that great, way too much carbonation for me, a bit on the sweet side, lacks a bit of roastyness. just decent.
