Defined by its base of pilsner malt, grown on italy's adriatic coast, and dry-hopped with floral varietals of noble heritage, this beer is a modern classic. straw gold, dry, and light in body, while still possessing a depth of malt character that is balanced by a pronounced but rounded bitterness.

Slight haze, straw colour, medium head. Ew butter. Fuck off. It's a pilsner. What are you dipping bricks of butter into it for? That doesn't even make sense.

Gold, small white head. Sweet malty nose and palate, almost diacetyl sweet. Big body, light bitterness. Decent lacing.

On tap at Patina, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has lightly citrusy hops, crackery malt, and some straw. Flavour is cleaner than the usual Italian pils, with bright citrusy bitterness, crisp crackery malt, and a little straw. Nicely hopped and vibrant, finishing quite bitter. Honestly one of the better examples of the style. Good.

Poured from 750mL can. Hazed dull gold with small white head. Sweet and metallic malt, with mild bittering hops. Needs improvement.

Medium clear gold body and minimal foam. Very modest sweet hops on the nose, no real grain. Tastes of good sweet hoppiness, soft grain notes, ends with good carbonation. Slight honey, okay pilsner that will work just fine with their beef brisket.
