On tap at Foamer's Folly, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a reddish tinge and a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of balsamic, Worcestershire, woody notes, some red wine, and tart red fruits. Flavour is surprisingly on target, with lots of tart red fruits, balsamic and Worcestershire sauce, some woodiness and tannic notes. Appropriately tart, woody and tannic, with not too much acetic character. Very good.

A hazed dark amber ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with dark fruits, ground cherry, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with dark fruits, light acidity, ground cherry, light lactic notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle from brewery.

Has a weak brown body with no foam, smells of soft floral sour grain. Taste is nice chewy plum and chocolate, ends crisp with lingering tartness. Good, fruity, fun.
