A full-flavoured blonde ale with an infusion of Orange and a pinch of Safflower. Cara Cara oranges are a mutation of Navel oranges, with a sweeter and low acid flavour. The pinch of safflower gives our blonde ale a red hue similar to the flesh of a Cara Cara Orange.

Poured from the tap. Clear pale blonde with small white head. Light candied orange, fairly one note, but inoffensive.

Okay orangey gold body with modest foam. Smells of soft chewy candy hops, orange maybe, safflower definitely not. Taste is soft hops, sweet, vague mandarin orange, ends smooth. Adequate, nothing more.
