Pale greenish yellow. Hazy. Complex aroma, bright fruit. A bit soupy, so wild fermentation not spot on here. Lots of pear, slightly honeyish. Decent, if imperfect.

473mL can, pours a hazy dull blonde with a small, rapidly-dissipating white head. Nose is dry and funky, with plenty of barnyard notes, hay, and crisp pear skins. Flavour is fairly dry, with gentle barnyard funk, pear skins, and a touch of residual sweetness. Doesn't have anywhere near the complexity of top Dominion products, but it's well-constructed, fairly dry and has enough funk to make me happy. Good.

Very nice hazy white body, modest foam. Good dry pear character, slight acidity, no complexity. Taste is chewy pear, soft sweetness, slight bitter finish. Good carbonation. a little straight ahead but quite drinkable.
