Akkurat is known to everyone that loves craftbeer and has been voted the best bar in the world (yes the world) numerous times, and this year we have worked with the crew to brew their official summer beer which is a true honor.
For Sun Juice we held nothing back and used fresh liquid organic yeast from @whitelabscopenhagen, the freshest of hops available from @yakimachief on a really hazetastic malt base and water treatment.
Dry hopped with Citra, cryo Citra and Rakau gives it a tropical, citrusy and peachy flavor, and by the magic of the yeast the end result is super velvety smoothness.
Keg only release and only available at Akkurat the summer of 2021.

Keg at Akkurat, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Huge aroma of mango. Sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Mango, grass and papaya. Mid bitter finish. Harmonious and aromatic.

On tap at Akkurat. Hazy orange with a white head. Mango, passionfruit, some citrus and orange. A bit sweet and with a low bitterness.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 21 May 2021) Cloudy yellow colour with creamy, white head. Fruity nose with mango, pineapple, passion-fruit and orange. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of mango, pineapple, passion-fruit, orange, pine needles and a mild citric, tropical bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Refreshing and really tasty. Very nice.
