Golden with a light head. The aroma is thick with hallertau hops. Herbal hop taste with clean balancing pale malt. Dry, hoppy character in the finish. Nice brew.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, and so is the flavor. Thanks yespr for sharing.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also.Starts modest dry, fine hoppy notes, the finish a bit too dry, a bit like flour. Still good!

bottle. Slightly hazy yellow colour, large white head. Hoppy nose. Full-bodied, good malt flavours with some intensive, but not too bitter, hoppy flavours (resiny and grassy. Well-balanced - a nice one.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized, slightly yellow foamy head. Slightly sweet, soft grainy nose with a discreet hoppy touch. Light-bitter flavour, light bodied with a soft carbonation. Thin malty and chalky taste with light herbal notes; light-bitter, chalky and slightly herbal hoppy finish. Uninspired, almost bland Pilsener (05.02.08).

Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden, minimal head. Dryish and well rounded. Quite soft with some hay and grass. Buttery and grainy with pleasant notes of diacetyl. Long bitter finish. Flavourful and with lots of character.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear golden with a tall and frothy, white head with some laces. Lightly floral nose. Medium body with some malt and a short, dry and lightly hoppy finish. OK as such, just a little ordinary. 050608

50 cL bottle, trade with Maria, comes as premium pils. Pours clear and pale yellow with a lacing white head. Mild cornish aroma. Flavour is medium dry cornish with a light bitterness and mild spice note. Light sweet corn flavour before the finish. Light metallic note together with a mild bitterness into the finish. Clean and crisp.

Bottle (bought at the Brauerei): Greenish-golden, quite stable mid-sized creamy head, metallic grassy and grainy nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; cardboardy traces in the dryer bitter finish. Unharmonic Pils, pretty disappointing.........
