33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Burg Bieren, Ermelo. Dutch brewery #496.
Light hazy golden with a big firm white head. Yeasty spicy aroma with some ginger and orange. Sweet taste with a low bitter finish. Decent saison but it lacks some character and depth.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, golden colour with uselessly huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity hoppy and herbal-spicy, yeasty aroma with floral overtones, minimally bready, malty background, notes of lemon, some orange peel, a touch of ginger, hibiscus, chamomile, minimally waxy overtones. Taste is slightly dry, mildly spicy, sweet-ish, pale and minimally wheaty malty, minimally citrusy hoppy, more sweet-ish than spicy hints of ginger, a touch of lemon, rather waxy than soapy (as could be typical for the use of ginger) overtones. Minimally oily, watery texture, dry palate, medium to coarse, prickly carbonation. Not completely harmonious, some off-flavours, minimally overcarbonated - still OK.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', best before June 2022. Slightly hazy, orangeish amber with a large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, slightly yeasty and a little spicy taste of ginger, lemongrass, dill, some peach and a touch of hay. Hardly sweet, gently bitzer, fairly dry, moderately fruity-floral, gently yeasty and quite herbal-spicy taste of ginger, hay, dill, licorice root, some hay and traces of peach, followed by a long, gently bitter, peppery-spicy, herbal and fairly dry finish. Thin to medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Solid Saison, quite refreshing, too heavy on the ginger though, really unbalanced.

Bottle at THT June. Hazy dull golden with white head. Ginger, yeast, rosemary, fish, dead algae. Medium sweet, bitter and bodied. I don't like the dead fish here...
