Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing. Fantastic fruity beginning. Grainy body, hints of floral hops, ripe apples a bit in the back. Fantastic balanced, very dry, hints of grain and fruit in the aftertaste.

Gourmet-Fläschla (vom Pfister(er)!):Golden, hazy, small foamy layer, moderate dryish fruity-yeasty nose with a distinctive hoppy backbone; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, nearly medium bodied and a bit tart; lingering dry herbal hoppy and fruity-grainy finish. The right stuff for franconian Bierkellers...

Bottle. Hazy yellow, low white head. Dry spicy, pear, light applecore aroma, paint thinner. Medium light dry body. Minerals, overextended Belgian yeast, bubblegum, actual acrylic paint, all right fruit, grass and apple finish.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is apples, a bit phenols, paint thinner, peach skin. Taste is peach skin, apples, dough, sugar icing, Belgian candy & phenol yeast. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Not great, a bit too Belgian in character.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and medium-sized foamy head. Yeasty, slightly mineralic malty aroma with present fruity hoppy notes of apples and citrus. Moderately sweet, mildly bitter and slightly sour flavour, medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Juicy malty base with notes of brioche, white bread and Belgian yeasty spice, accompanied by mainly citric hops; mildly bitter and slightly sour-fruity finish with present notes of citrus, also hints of alcohol shining through. Okay, but lacks drinkability. 08.VI.18
