Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pale yellow colour, minor head. Aroma is honey, some gooseberries, rosehip and mild elderflower too. Flavour is honey, wood, some gooseberries and mild herbal tones. Slightly dry palate.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear pale yellow, no head. Citric nosewith honey and minerals. Sweetish with medium body and cleran miouthfeel. Lemon, honey, minerals and old butter. Perhaps some gooseberry. No bitterness.

ABV: 7.0-7.5%. Clear light yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is honey, gooseberry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, gooseberry, honey, minerals. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20210605]

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. No head. Color is water. Aroma and taste are berries, fruits, apples and has a nice sour berry finish.

Bottle @Last Højbjerg Tasting in Højbjerg. Clear, pale golden, small white head. Mild honey aroma, a little glue perhaps. Mild honey flavour, a little goose berry and some nice acidity.
