In september we picked Marechal Foch grapes from the vineyard De Pasa de Corinto in Glimmen.
It spontaneously fermented to a beautiful natural wine, and macerated with skin for a month. We blended the wine with lambic.

Opens with a loud poof. Pours a magnificent deep dark ruby, clear, with a small bit of light purple foam. Smells woody, vinous, red wine but also lambic funk, grape. Soft, well carbed, fairly sour but not sharp. Lots of grape, nice lambic funk. Awesome.

EB from natural wine and grape “lambic” tasting. Very nice grape character and funk. Balanced suiting acidity.
