Couleur cuivre, col blanc.
Arôme est plaisant fruité délicat noir - baies aronia indigènes de Suède, rétro délicat de léger funk avec une petite note de boisé.

Palais est assez plaisant au niveau du fruité qui ne vire pas trop sur l'acidité. Ce dernier apporte un côté de fruit noir rappelant la cerise. L'apport de la barrique de chêne vierge donne un léger caractère boisé qui vient arrondir tout cela. Bière bien complexe à seulement 3.5%, buvabilité excellente.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a lovely, clear red with a dissipating, pink head. Lovely fruity - if indistinct - aroma, just some sort of red fruit. Vague Brett in the background. Thinnish body, way less sour than usual from Brekeriet, just this refreshing red-fruit note. Dry and slightly tart finish, vague astringency. But a pleasant summer quencher. 290621
