Name ist Programm, unsere erste Rezeptur, mit einer intensiven Hopfennote - ein sogenanntes IPA. Das Hopfenaroma kommt durch den ersten in Tettnang angebauten Cascade, dem fruchtigen Mandarina und dem klassischen Tettnanger Aromahopfen zustande. Der an Zitrus und exotische Früchte erinnernde Geschmack, eingebettet in einen vollen Malzkörper, machen Sud eins zu einem Einstand nach Maß.

Appearance: Dark orange golden, hazy. Huge amount of creamy off-white head. Aroma: Light hops, metallic. Light fruits. Taste: Light fruits, exotic fruits, clear hops. Slight maltiness. Lingering bitterness. Bought: BierSouvenir (Füssen), 330 ml, €8.95 Info: 24/8-2018, BB: 22/10-2018

Bottle 33cl from Füssen beerstore. Orange, hazy with a large offwhite head. Tropical fruits, citrus and malt aroma. Light bitter with a short of tropical end.

Tap. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is exotic fruits. Taste is exotic fruits, sticky hop oils, toasted malts. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation.

Bottle, 5.9%. Weak buttery aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Good stable creamy white head. The flavour is buttery, malty. Has a good hoppiness, but a sort of soft hop, not refreshing.

At the Craftival 2018 - Freiburgs Craft Beer Festival. Hazy dark orange colour with stable head off. Aroma of pine, tropical fruits, hops.
