Bottle drunk after setting up monitors and mic for the first time. Soon I'll be cookin' with gas! Beer is amber gold, moderately large cream colored head, lightly citrus-malt nose. The flavor has almost the caramel of a West Coast but a milder, light-fruit hop flavor with pomelo and mild pineapple. Smooth tasty bitterness.

Shared with HP. Highly carbonated. Easy to drink, smooth grain with a nice intense bitterness. Floral earthy parts, lots of hop oils, nice earthy bittered in the end. Nice dry bitter stuff.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white head. Piney hoppy and caramel malty aroma, hints of pine, pine needles, some resin, a touch of sweat, subtle hints of toffee. Taste is dry, piney, earthy hoppy and minimally sweet, caramel malty, hints of pale caramel and toffee, pine, pine needles, some resin, a fruity touch of green apple, apple parings; lingering, bitter hoppy finish. Watery texture, dry palate, average, minimally prickly, foamy carbonation. Exhibits aspects of terroir in the hop flavours, a nice, subtle toffee touch on the malty side - far from a mainstream IPA. Nice.

03-10-19 // bottle, gift from my parents. Unfiltered clearness. Golden. White foamy head. Hoppy nose with grass notes. Good malt body. Mild sweetish. Hoppy yes, but moderate aromas. Mild mandarina. Good bitterness. Unfortunately a bit too high carbonation.
