Gunnar pours deep amber color with a thick fluffy head and light carbonation. The aroma has a sweet burst of juniper, caramel and honey with piny hops and citrus. There is a sharp and resinous bitterness that gives way to a light sweetness and flavours of juniper and spicy hops. Beautiful notes from Kyrö Gin barrels – oak, herbs, sour juniper tips. Finishes with a prominent bitterness and lingering flavour of juniper, pine and honey.

440ml can, thanks to visionthing for this one. Shared at a rating session with Lunde and Finn. Pearl white head, unclear orange coloured body, spotty lacing. Moderate spiced fruity smell, mid-dry. Spiced taste profile containing moments of yeasty fruits and mild mid-sweet malts. Oak-fruity ending. Okay not that well balanced (Tromsø, 04.12.2025)

44cl can from Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Pours hazy amber with a small, white head. Hoppy and herbal with juniper and honey. Can 44 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a smallish, off-white head. Fruity nose mostly - I guess. Nothing that really indicates barrel aging. Medium body, sweet caramel, slightly herbal spice with an unpleasantly bitter and astringent finish. Not for me at all. 300621
