Pale and with a slight haze. Thin head. The aroma is lightly phenolic, and lacks the defining elements of a wit. On the palate, I get that faint phenol note, and the malts are sticky. There’s low bitterness and again I’m wondering where the coriander and orange peel are at. Even the wheat, really. I guess they’re not quite there on dealing with Belgian yeast.

Re-rate: Poured from 355mL can. Hazy gold with full white head. Light coriander, mild wheat, but a bit biscuity, with some banana esters. Okay. First Rate (June 27, 2021) - 6/3/6/3/12=3.0 Poured from the tap. Hazy gold with small white head. Light Belgian wheat malt, feint grain, fairly clean finish. Not much depth.

Pale blond colour, cloudy. Wheat bread, sweetish, and although that is less common amongst Belgian Witbiers, it makes it slightly more appealing; not spicy. Pleasant, simple.

12oz on Alex's porch. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: some phenols and spices, malty. Taste: along tge same lines, something not clean. Overall: quite far from Belgium ones, unfortunately, nothing interesting 😑

On tap at Studio, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp coriander upfront, with light spiciness, and a touch of orange peel. Flavour is bright and clean, with orange peel, light coriander spice, and soft biscuity malt. Bright and clean but not all that interesting—it's a wit after all.

Good foam on a cloudy yellow body. Aroma is slight wheat on tart orange zest, funky, though a little too soft. Taste is good banana, soft orangey sweetness, slight grain. Ends crisp and smooth with lingering sweetness. Clean and very drinkable.
