This hazy NZ IPA delivers a punchy ripe stonefruit juiciness. The show piece hop is NECTARON. It has only just been released to the market and we have been enamoured by its complexity. The sweet peachy note is balanced with a spicy zing from a huge portion of malted and flaked oats along with a touch of rye malt. Everstone is complex in its malt, hop and fermentation flavour.

440ml can from Waitrose, Chester. Pours a glowing orange with medium white head. Good exotic hop expressions on the nose, papaya, mango and guava end of things. Continues to taste with a smooth palate, verging on creamy with excellent fruity character throughout.

Slightly hazy orange, plenty of fluffy white head that quickly vanishes. Smells light citrussy, blood orange. Light body, easy drinking. Seems to be a bit oxidized. Slight bitterness at the back, fairly dry, and only some slight citrus. Some subtle peach.
