Black, sweet deep roasted chocolate malts, maple, deep roast, maple woodiness, syruppiness. Very tasty.

Can shared thanks to sjogro. Black with short lasting beige head. Massive maple, coffee, roasted malts, sugary, vanilla, light earthy. Quite sweet, medium bitter. Solid medium bodied.

1st thing I noticed: maple. 2nd thing I noticed: maple. So they’re right! Subtle coffee. We don’t get the imperial versions up here but this quenches my big throat. Sticky but not overly so. Sweet but the opposite of cloying. The colour & the shape.
