The fresh quinces give this edition a subtle and unique fruitiness, which combined with the tart base beer and hint of funk makes it a perfect beer for spring 2021.

Straw blond with no head. Fresh and sour. I don't really get quince but it is nicely sharp and fruity.

375ml bottle. Minimally milky, pale brass colour with small to average, frothy, fading, white head. Fruity, mildly funky aroma, notes of quince, a touch of grape sugar. Taste is tart-ish, fruity, mildly funky, notes of quince, a sweet-ish touch of grape sugar, a leafy-herbal touch as well. Watery texture, dry, minimally astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Enjoyable fruitiness, light, refreshing, rather simple and monotonous, not much yeast action going on here - nice.

Bottle shared thanks to Thijs. Slight hazy light golden with small white head. Indeed quite lactic, wheat, some quince but not overpowering, light funky, light touch of corn tortillas. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Under medium bodied. Nice.
