  Stout Regular
Score
7.09
ABV: 5.9% IBU: - Ticks: 75
The ABV of this beer changed from 7.4% in late 2020, and it has since been introduced into the Vocation core range.

The recipe for Naughty & Nice remains exactly the same as always except that we have dialled back the ABV to 5.9% now that it’s going to be with us year-round. Reducing the ABV increases the drinkability – it’s still a hefty beer, but just that bit more quaffable.

pours clear dark brown, settles black with a dark brown head.
aroma is chocolate, dark chocolate, faint roasted malts. roasted malts and tons of chocolate. quite intense for the abv.
Flavor has a good balance between dark chocolate and roasted malts and there is even a bit of bitterness in there, which is very aromatic and reminds me of roasted malts bitterness or chili bitterness. Not an extreme imperial pastry stout, but rather a session chocolate stout that does not come off as watery or thin. They managed the ABV reduction well.

Clear dark brown to black beer, big solid creamy beige head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: sweet impression, lots and lots of vanilla, caramel, some vanillin. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, lots of dark caramel, gentle roast, a little bitter, vanilla, a bit sugary, soft acidity, good balance. Aftertaste: more dark caramel, good roast, nice bitterness, cocoa powder, pleasant beer!
