Psichedelica: la bevi e ti senti alle stelle! Fumosa della nebbia che ti viene in testa… Ogni sorso è un’ingollata di euforia. E poi ridi, ridi, ridi… Ma che ti ridi?! Ma perché è una IPA e sembra una birra bianca! (Percezione sballata.) Ed è fruttata, agrumata di luppolo, ma niente luppoli esotici: solo roba di casa nostra (piantagioni in Europa…). La bevi e ti vien da dire: allucinante quanto è buona!
Chiara velata in stile white I.P.A., con tanto luppolo aromatico, ma tutto europeo (prevale la componente ipa su quella blanche, che viene però a rinfrescare ulteriormente la beva). Note degustative: fruttato, erbaceo, crosta di pane

Tap at La Tana (not 100% sure about the version). Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh grapefruit, grassy. Taste is grapefruit, grassy, good bitterness, dry finish. Oily mouthfeel with a slightly fizzy carbonation. Wheat flavours are not really there, seems to be only present in the mouthfeel. Very good!

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Pours cloudy pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of fresh citrus, lemon, grape, peach, melon. Flavour is perfectly balanced, quite dry, super drinkable, fruity. Medium body, medium carbonation. Well done!
