Pret Wit has a strong backbone of wheat and oat malts, which give body and fullness to the light citrus notes of coriander and bitter orange peel. The faint citrus presence on the finish along with a slight acidity cleanses the palate and belies the relatively substantial body of the beer. Notes of chamomile and very slight herbal hops add color to the light, ephemeral nature of Pret Wit.

The determination to create the perfect witbier included sourcing premium ingredients, such as the perfect oat malt to pair with carefully selected bitter orange peel and coriander ground the day the beer is brewed versus powdered.

almost clear yellow, white head. mild aroma. citrus notes and belgian yeast notes. flavor is dry, slightly watery, a bit sweet, quite wheaty, belgian yeasty no banana. good bitterness that is like belgian beers. can says wit, but i taste nearly no lemongrassy notes or citrussy notes like most bengian wit beers, but then it's far from being a hefeweizen, it's like a elgian blonde with more wheat malts. tastes pretty good, and tastes clean, good quality, super crisp even though it is sweet. nice one.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy deep golden, small head. Perfumy niose with lots of coriander and orange peel. Mid sweet with light bodu and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Tangerine, orange peel and lots of coriander, notes of other herbal spice. Low bitterness. Basically a well made witbier, but with heavier spicing - for good and bad.

Standard wit, with a mellow clove-and-vanilla sweetness accented by straw and yeast. Esters and coriander come through on the back end, as well as citrus zest and bred in the fade. A little light, but not bad.
