0,75l bottle at home. light yellow hazy color, small fast disappearing white head. Bottle made a big blob when opening, which somehow upset all the sediment, so I ended up with lots of sediment in the glass. smells leathery, apples, some oak, light quince, peppery. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes leathery, apples, earthy, peppery, spices, subtle quince, some horse radish. finishes lightly dry and lightly bitter with notes of leather, apples and some peppery notes. hmm, drinkable, flavours are all over the place. I wonder how related that was to all the upset sediment.

Bottle shared. Bit hazy pale yellow golden, there's a lot of depot in the bottle though. Dry apple, soft quince but mostly on the nose, quite some funk, soft dry earthy and leathery tannins with a light oaky finish. Over light sweet and bitter, lighter sour. Medium bodied, over medium dry. Lovely, I was not really into the first Kemker ciders but they're getting better and better, love this one.
