Tap at Gabler Brau in Strasbourg. Pours very hazy amber with a large white head. Floral aroma. Med body. Flavor is a bit yeasty. Mildly hoppy. Moderately malty. Nice taste.

Golden, moderate hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of bread, grains, flowers, green apples, some hay, some vanilla.
Tastes similar, with more hayish notes.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes medium hoppy, citric, grainy, floral, a bit hayish.
Very nice. Pretty rich for the style, with a lof of character and some unique notes of apples and hay, that fit very well. The balance is really good, aromatic and full, but also easy and fresh at the same time. Very quaffable stuff, quite outstanding style example.
