500ml bottle. Pours hazy gold, medium white head that persists. Aroma is soft banana. Taste is initially murky banana yeast & light cloves that fade with faint metallic and cardboard notes taking their place. Its hefeweizen yeast does stick around but it seems a little tired. Not a great example of the style.

Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle, best before June 24, 2016, poured into a glass. Hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is banana, medium body, medium/low carbonation, and some small-bubble lacing. Taste is banana and a little clove.

Draught @ Kaelderkold, Barcelona. Pours cloudy dark yellow with an offwhite head. Aorma of malt, yeast, caramel, bread, sweet fruit, banana. Flavor is rather sweet, wheat, yeasty, caramel, sweet fruity. Medium body, lively carboantion, sweet finish. 270416

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo o ladnej piance lecz szybko opadajacej. Jak na hefeweizena jest to mala piana. Metnosci srednio. Zloto miedziana barwa. W aromacie glownie gozdziki i mus jablkowy. W smaku dochodza pieczone banany, jakby nalesniki z jablkami i te gozdziki. Ogolnie sredni jednak pszeniczniak mimo wyrazistych dla mnie aromatow i smakow.

Notes from 2012. 50cl bottle, 7 weeks after bottling. Yellow, cloudy. Rocky white head. Aroma’s: refreshing, wheat, sour fruit. Retronasal: wheat,, moderate sweet. No noticeable banana or clove. Flavor: light sweet, some spices. Light bodied. Short finish, no new flavors. Very little depth.

On tap @ La Cervrtica. This is a cloudy looking golden slightly yellow one with a head the barkeep really put a heck of a lot of effort in producing and reducing. Smells like a heffe. Wheat sweetness, that good banana yeast and tones of oranges. It's quite sweet and orangy in the taste also. Above average on the carbonation and light oily in the mouth. Definitely wheat sweet, kinda herbal grassy in a way and it has tones of both "knott" and oranges. An non complicated lightdrinkable heffe. 04.08.2014
