Got 500 ml bottle in a trade with CaptainCougar. Gorgeous poor into my Weizen glass. Slightly hazy yellow with thick full head that died down to a small ring. Lots of lively carbonation. Aroma is wheat and more like an apple, rather then banana. Taste is a light sweet malt with a very light banana hiding somewhere in the background. Light body with a very short finish. The flavor vanishes immediately after swallowing. It’s ok.

Bottle 500ml.Light unclear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20091113]

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Alomst no fruity esters. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Again almost no esters present. Watery palate and way too fizzy. Really bad hefe.

50 cL bottle. Pours almost clear and golden yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is sweet malty with a light wheaty and eastery note. Sweet fruity flavoured, light wheaty dryness and vague estery. Dry wheaty finish.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Light yellow, fine turbid, nice head. Starts fine fruity and yeasty, nice sourish notes in the background - make the beer interesting and very drinkable. I liked it.

Bottled. An unclear pale golden beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of wheat and dusty hops. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of wheat, as well as some cardboard and citrus, leading to a dry wheaty finish - probably it would taste better at the source, than in California.
