Süffiger, hefig-kräutriger Beginn. Minimale Säure, dann süßlich-bananig, würzig, rund. Spritzig, geringe Herbe, hefig bleibend. Harmonisch, spritzig, zum Ende trockener werdend. Langer Nachgeschmack. Gelungen! 7/11/10/11/11/11

Bottle in the garden, 17th July 22. Pours a hazy yellow, big white head on it. Aroma is funk, fruit, bread and yeast. Taste is smooth, yeasty, some bread dough, fruit, light funk. Tasty and quite complex.

Brewed with Emmer, an historical grain not often used even in German beers. Overall this is a pretty Belgian-tasting saison, with big bright flavors. Heavily carbonated. One of the most consistent, interesting Deutsch breweries. 💜

Clear golden. Aroma is pear apricot cornflakes pineapple light spices taste is sour fresh with lots of malt complexity and different grainy stuff. Very complex fresh and drinkable. Nice.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is bready, barn, mild funk, quite interesting. Taste is barn, bready, some of the spiciness of old school grains, fresh too. Quite high carbonation. Very interesting beer.

Bottle. A very refreshing saison, not too complicated nor extremely interesting. But very pleasant, light acidity, saison yeast, light citrus. Good.
