Mescola mescola mescola! canticchiava tra sé il mago, gettando cose a caso nel calderone. Fragola, si si… mora, oh yeah… mirtilli rossi e anche neri… luppolo? Nah… lampone, ma certo! Ali di pipistr… no, non diciamo sciocchezze.
Così nasce questa magica fruity sour beer, per tutti voi che state ancora aspettando la vostra lettera da Hogwarts: 6 gradi, dal colore rosa e dal sapore dei piccoli frutti, un ibrido tra la birra e il vino. Expelliar…? Avada Kedav…? Alohom…?

Ah ecco! SIM SALA BIM!

Inizialmente una One Shot, ma con questa birra siamo riusciti ad avvicinare molta gente al mondo "sour" perciò la riproponiamo. Acidificata con Lactobacillus Plantarum, lattosio in bollitura, purea di frutta in fermentazione per un gusto fresco e un'acidità piacevole che ricorda il sidro.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy pinkish orange. Lacto, pickled vegetables, berries, lactose, sourish-sweetish.

Can from Beerdome. Light hazy orange with a tiny white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, berries and light tart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 130921

Can from Pretesto, Bologna. Clear yellow, quickly thinning, white head. Aroma of gooseberry, raspberry, unripe strawberry, young peach, sour cream. Taste has sour gooseberry, kiwi, blueberry, sweetish young strawberry, a bit lemony in a creamy-lactic body. Tart, fruity, wheaty finish, lots of sour berries lingering. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Good, but lacks some depth.
