Double West Coast IPA, 18°, 8% ABV
Lollihopu nikdy nemůže být příliš mnoho, a tak jsme se rozhodli nacpat ho do jedné sklenice ještě více. Imperializovaná verze naší vlajkové lodi West Coast IPA má stejné suroviny, jen jsme přidali ještě víc sladu a ještě více chmelů Citra a Mosaic. S 8 % alkoholu a plným hutným exoticky ovocným tělem je to výrazné pivo, které se nebezpečně lehce pije.

On tap at the Sibeeria taproom. Pours clear gold with a white head. Fairly light dank oils on the nose. Flavour has fairly sticky malts, pine hops and oily resin. Finishes a bit boozy. A bit clumsy, but still pretty good.

Fat på Bootleggers Bryggen. Nu över 2100 Fipor testade på ratebeer. Skönt testa ”vanlig” Dipa . I munnen mjuk konsistens . Sen kommer smaker av olika lite lätt sötade citrusfrukter . Finns av bakomliggande dov ton av malt eller lätt ek. Ja redigt jäkla bra öl . Nä inte enkel citrussaft som många moderna dipor smakar .

Draught at Sibeeria Taproom, smallish head, clear and a bit intense yellow colour, fruit candy biscuity maltiness, mellow citrus peel bitterness, medium bodied. Nice but one dimensional.

Draft. A cloudy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, citrus fruits, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

On tap at Skaal, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney and resinous upfront, with light stone fruit and a thin biscuity malt base. Flavour is assertive, with lots of resinous hops, aggressive pine, juicy stone fruits, and biscuity malt. Juicy and assertively hopped. Excellent.

50 cl. can @ home, bought @ Bier Atelier Renes, Houten.
Hazy yellow golden with a white head. Strong orange/manderine aroma with some tropical fruits. Sweet taste with a sweet finish. Some pineapple in the finish as well. Alcohol dangerously well hidden. Great no-nonsense DIPA.

Can 0.5l. Slightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- citrusy, tropical fruit, pleasant alcohol, touch of pine. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly bitter, touch of alcohol, citrusy, tropical fruit, candied fruit, pine, juicy. Fuller bodied. Very good.
