This time we were playing with apricots and jellies.
No kiddin', we put nice amount of Kiki's jelly bears and jelly snakes from famous Croatian candy producer - Kraš.
Jellies blended perfectly with funky, bubblegummish, and clove-like aromas from Lallemand brand new strain of saison yeast (name is still classified).
Atop, we put apricots in fermentation and of course, after fermentation to get extra fruity flavours. Double fruited, double fun.
It's fruity and tasty, sourish and superdrinkable.
It was very fun to brew this beer. This is why we brew!

A bit confusing beer. Hazy golden appearance. Stone fruit in aroma. Candy stronger in taste than in aroma. Refreshing it is, but expected more. Moderate carbonation and light body in favour of drinkability. Ok.

On tap at Valhalla, Zagreb. Hazy orange with medium white head. Fruity, gummy bears, apricot, bit bland. Sweetish, tad tart. Medium carbonation and body.

Tap at X. Misty golden-orange body, white head. Perfumey aroma combining dried plums, big apricots, somewhat jammy, some gummibear notes and soft saison spice. Loving it! Lean taste, well carbonated, a bit subdued, again, apricot, citric touches, fruity tartness, mild mild funk, a bit dry. Refreshing and summery. Not a wow, not very saisonish, but a pretty good beer anyway.

On tap at Fakin Craft Bar, Zagreb. Shared with little Dina. Hazy golden to orange, minimal head. Aroma is fresh apricot, tart peach, candy, soft banana notes, soft cloves notes, a touch of plastic. Flavour is tart stone fruit, apricot nicely present again, other stone fruit, some tart candy flavour, some banana again. Moderate to high carbonation, some tartness, some sweetness, finishes dry and tartness lingers. Light body.
