Practical information: mead is made form raw honey (no processed nor heat-treated), spontaneous fermentation, aging 2 years in oak and acacia barrels, no fining, no filtration.

Bottle kindly doneted by friend, many thanks. pale golden with no head. Arova of honey, wood, vonius notes. Taste is sweet, light vinous sourness, floral notes, wood, alcohol. Nice, hihly enjoyable mead.

Bottle Pours pale yellow with white head. Pure honey on nose. Tastes sweet, obvious honey, sticky mouthfeel. Light spicy. Nice

Bottle. Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is thick beeswax, pollen, flowery, forest. Taste is beeswax, pressed flowers, light nettles, light grassiness. Viscous oily mouthfeel. Good one, and with an interesting garden-y character!

Sample, thanks to Roman. Pours clear gold, aroma has bright alcohol, honey. Taste is oily, slick on the palate, vibrant honey sweetness, generally clean, high alcohol presence. Good mead.

Danke an Christos. Weicher, rund süßlicher Antrunk von würzigem Honig. Erkennbarer Alkohol, klebrig, die Intensität steigt an. Ziemlich süffig, mittellanger Nachhall. Gut. 8/11/12/12//11

Bottle. The mead is surprisingly clean, with no special yeasty funkiness or wood character from the barrels (at least I do not get any truly woody elements). Clean honey character, though not so easy to read - might be due to the moderate leftover sweetness, but overall the balance is good. Good one.
