Lager can take many different forms. This one is on a traditional note, brewed with a high amount of unmalted barley to achieve a fuller mouthfeel. We lagered it for many weeks on fine French oak that added a hint of toastiness to the herbal aroma of Saaz Special hops and slight woody bite to its refined bitterness. True timeless classic to be enjoyed any day of any century, so how about today?

Rated at BeerGeek Bar. Smooth, slightly sweet and floral with some crisp maltiness, grass, hints of oak and vanilla, mild bitterness.

Clear yellow colour with lasting thin lacy head. It's really clean and malty with a rounded hop bitterness. In the aftertaste there's a light tannin dryness that indicates the oak barrel.

Can (from drinkonline.eu). Yellow colour small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, herbal and mild grainy tones. Flavour is herbal, grassy, mild bready and some lemongrass to it.

50cl can at home. Poured clear and light golden in color. Malty and really grainy, light hops, pretty dry.

--Canned at RBESG Grand Tasting 2023. -- Clear golden, rich firm head. Grassy nose. Mid dry with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Grassy with tea and bread. Long bitter finish.
