PINTA Hazy Disco Auckland - Double IPA brewed with our friends from 8 Wired from New Zealand. Packed with Mosaic®, Idaho 7® and Nelson Sauvin™, using a new technique called Dip Hop. Expect lots of tropical fruits, white grapes and a nice dank aftertaste.
Recipe: PINTA & 8 Wired (New Zealand).
Ingredients: water; Pilsen barley malt; wheat malt; oat flakes; wheat flakes; rice flakes; maltodextrin; hops: kettle: Flex; whirlpool: Mosaic® Incognito, Idaho 7®; dry-hopping: Nelson Sauvin™, Idaho 7®, Idaho 7® Cryo Hops®; yeast: London Ale III.

Mega nafta, ale taka jakbym diesla wąchał. Tropiki, żywica, białe winogrona, trochę trawy cytry. Barwa multiwitamina, mętne, piana szybko opada do zera, lacingu brak. Piwo dość gęste, niskie wysycenie. Goryczka niska, żywiczna. Troszkę za slodkie,zbyt naftowe w smaku, goryczka mimo że niska, mogłaby być przyjemniejsza. Generalnie ok.

Murky orange colour, medium-sized white head. Overriped tropical fruits, milky, straw in the nose. Medium-bodied. Flavour has kiwi, pineapple, passion fruit, straw .... fruity, sweet but stale.

Żółta barwa, całkowicie zamglone, piana wysoka jednak szybko opada bez śladu. W aromacie na pierwszym planie nuty białych owoców na drugim pojawiają się cytrusy ale bardziej limonka niż czerwony grejpfrut. W smaku podobnie do aromatu. Goryczka na średnim poziomie, ciało w sam raz, nasycenie na niskim poziomie, alkohol dobrze ukryty.

Can from Base Camp. Murky dark yellow body, going towards orange, thick white head. Dry aroma, mixing some stone fruit yoghurt with some rosemary touches and maquis wild herbs. Lean taste, minerally-light tangerine juice, herbal notes, salty, rosemary, some bitterness. Pretty solid really, but expected more from the combo.
