Sparkling, honey, dry, it’s more a sparkling cider then a mead, elderflower is lovely in this..enjoyable

Bottle @ Skagen. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of light honey, light tart fruit, elderflowers. Flavor is light sour, light honey, elderflower, little citrus. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation, light sourish finish. Tastes more or less like a breezer alcopop.. 040721

Sample, thanks fonefan! Almost colourless, no head. Mildly citric nose with honey and elderflowers. Tart to citric with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Concentrated elderflowers, mild citric acid, notes of balsamic honey. Refreshing and pleasant.

ABV: 7.0-7.5%. ✅ Clear light yellow colour with a average, frothy and speaking - sparkling, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is honey and elderflowers. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, elderflowers, honey, minerals. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20210605]

Bottle @Last Højbjerg Tasting in Højbjerg. Clear, almost colour less, sparkling with small white head. Elderflower aroma, not much honey really. Elderflower flavour, sugary and no real honey in here.
